Hi there, @Jansapphire. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you tried the steps recommend by @JohnnyRow? Please note in order to use the stopwatch on your Luxe, you'll need to:

  1. On your device, swipe left or right to the Timers app, then swipe up and tap Stopwatch.
  2. Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
  3. Tap the pause icon to stop.
  4. Swipe up and tap the reset icon to reset the stopwatch.

The stopwatch and timer can run at the same time.

For more information, see How do I set a timer or use the stopwatch on my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps. 🙂

When you are at Timer screen, note the small upward arrow at bottom of screen, meaning you can swipe upward, which takes you to Stopwatch screen.  Then in Stopwatch screen, note the small downward arrow at top, meaning to swipe downward to get back to the Timer screen.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I’m having the same problem that I just noticed yesterday. I’ve been using the stopwatch and timer feature, also know how to switch from each one, but it stopped offering the stopwatch feature. No matter which way or how I swipe.

Happens to me nearly every two days. I have to restart my device. When I’m at the clock face and swipe to the left, what I’m getting is 5 sec Countdown Timer already chosen (never did this). I’m not able to swipe up or down and the whole tracker is reacting slow. It’s frustrating and super annoying

Would be so much easier to explain the issues if we could upload a pic…

Facing the same issue on fitbit Luxe. Really frustrating. Sometimes I end up on the cutdown screen, on dismissing the timer it still shows the countdown screen with the same time set. Can go to the main clock face by swiping right, but then I am unable to scroll down to see the stats. Is there any quick fix that be applied? @MarreFitbit

Yes!!! I have this issue right now again. I can’t scroll down for the stats! Restarting the device now.. this will fix it always for me…
