I purchased a new Fitbit Luxe a week ago and have since had issues with syncing and GPS connect. I upgraded from an Inspire 2 and never had an issue with either syncing or GPS connectivity. However, I've come to realize that when my Luxe is charging it will sync on the first try and connect with my phones GPS with no issues. The moment I take it off the charger the Luxe with disconnect from my phones GPS and it takes 10+ tries to get it to manually sync. I disconnected my Luxe and reconnected my old Inspire 2, and tried syncing and GPS connect to make sure this isn't a phone issue. My Inspire 2 has no problem syncing or connecting to GPS.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Luxe.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Luxe.
As for the GPS, please see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

I have a Samsung S20 Fe 5G, I also followed your directions and looked at your GPS link, but it doesn't fix anything. I can successfully connect to my phones GPS through the Fitbit App when I go to (+) exercise of the week -> Tracking -> Start. The Luxe by itself cannot connect stably to my phone.
