My Luxe has been tracking information accurately all along. But suddenly (the last week), the information on the Luxe is accurate but it is inaccurate when being transferred to the app on my phone.
Exercise showing on the wrong day and then using the heart rate from the wrong time. Although when monitoring the exercise/heart rate during exercise seems to be accurate during this time.. once i go to the app it seems to be all jumbled.
Sleep pattern, exercise times and steps are all inaccurate once transferred to the app.
Tried others suggestions with logging out and restarting the app. Also tried re-syncing the Luxe with phone.
Any other suggestions would be helpful.
