My first Luxe was replaced due to battery life issues. My second Luxe is having the same issues.
Disappointed in this product is an understatement. I would not recommend.

People have been complaining of these issues and more in the forum for months. Fitbit seems to have no interest in fixing this. I would recommend getting rid of Fitbit altogether and going to a different platform. It's what I'll be doing, and I've been a Fitbit lover for several years.

I’m on my first luxe but am
having same problem. I’ve called customer support without any results. Now it is not tracking steps!

- The strap does not stay connected.
- The size is perfect but that's about it.
- Notifications are not consistent.
- The battery lasts for two days.

I don't know if any of this will apply, but have you taken a look at this article for the notifications ?
Also, the number of notifications you have your device set to receive can affect your battery life, so you may want to limit these.
You can also find out how to extend your battery life here .
as far as the strap goes, you really need to be sure that you hear that "click" signifying that it's in all the way. I didn't do this the first time I changed my band and it kept falling off too. Once I heard that "click" it hasn't come loose since.
