Hello, My 4 month old luxe Fitbit fell off my wrist whilst out walking, this was gentle exercise, nothing that could have caused the Fitbit to fall off. This must be due to a fault with the device. I retraced my steps, but could not locate it. I have contacted Fitbit for help several times through the email option and not received a response. I did receive a response via messenger but it was not very helpful and then they stopped responding when I asked to raise a formal complaint. I feel like Fitbit are taking no responsibility, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there, @LT116. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your lost Luxe, I understand how you must be feeling.

I've seen that our Support Team provided you with information regarding your situation. Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Luxe and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.

Thanks in advance!
