Luxe $40 Discount Not Working

My fitbit app offered a promo code for $40 off the new Luxe but when I entered the promo code at checkout, it told me it was invalid even though it runs through August 19th.. what is going on?

I was trying to get Luxe using a $40 discount  but it was no place during a checkout for me to pay it, so I did not get it...

I also tried to use the $40 off promo. I found where to put it but it says the promo is not available even though it runs through August 19th! I'm very frustrated by it

I too wanted to use code and it disappeared.

I saw the advertisement as well when I logged in but when I clicked through to purchase it was not applied. Now it has disappeared. Too bad because I was going to upgrade my fitbit to a Luxe since you can swim with it. 😞

Just got off phone with Fitbit support. 
The portion that list the 1. 2. 3. At the very top of the page, with Cart Summary right under it (after entering your initial information) has a little drop down arrow. 

Super annoying that it’s so hidden. 

I’d add a pic, but I don’t see an option for that.

@MaxFarnsworth I entered LUXE40 in the discount field (thank you for describing where to find it!), but got this message: "Sorry, the code is invalid"

What code did you use?

I'm not sure where this code was found, or the cutoff fate, but as you fellow fitbit users, their is not much that we can do, other than request to contact fitbit.

The code was sent in an email to us, but more than likely the time for claiming it expired.
