Luxe Android pairing + syncing

Hi Community,

As a recent update on this issue, which it seems I'm not the only one dealing with: Like all of you, my Fitbit Luxe stopped syncing with my Android phone a week ago. I unpaired it since that's the first step you're supposed to take to try and troubleshoot, and the Luxe hasn't paired since. I went through all the steps (multiple times) independently and with the guidance of support. Nothing changed. The app did get an update, but while it recognizes that my device is not connected, it cannot connect. So, luckily I have an iPad, and I paired and synced my device to that. It's not flawless... this morning it didn't want to sync for a hot second, but it's at least connected. My Android doesn't even see my Luxe in the list of Bluetooth devices.

So, despite no one on the Fitbit side admitting this, I am sure it's a bug in the software, specifically Fitbit app and devices to Android, and they probably are trying to get it resolved. Is this fun in a world where many of us rely on these stats to keep track of our day-to-day health? Nope. Have we forgotten what's it's like to live without these daily updated stats? Yup. The frustration is real, though... especially since the devices aren't exactly cheap and some of us bought a new device within the last year. But I imagine patience is part of this equation...
