Luxe Band Comes Undone

(had this issue with Charge 3 as well)

 

The material the band (lunar white) is made from loses it's stiffness with use.  I take mine off twice a day (shower and washing face before bed... Hate the feeling of a wet FitBit).  After two months the band becomes so floppy that it won't stay securely buckled.  It has come off while sleeping (most nights), shopping, out for a walk etc.  I have small wrists (bit less than five inches) but swapped to the larger band to see if that helped.  It is looser (on smallest setting) but has also become floppy and comes undone too.  Super frustrating.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?  I use the "belt buckle" clasp and the safety loop but even that seems to pop out of the holes at random.  Afraid this whole thing will fall off and be lost.

 

I have already submitted for a new band but this is an ongoing issue with this material and I wonder why FitBit isn't correcting it?
