I've had my FB Luxe for about 2 years. No issues, until recently I bought some replacement bands off Amazon. ( Three pack of soft silicone lace pattern made for the Luxe.) They were fine at first but now the band keeps randomly popping off the top of the Fitbit where it connects. I've checked it repeatedly, made sure the connection was clear and clean, I've tried all the different bands in the pack, all the different protective cases that came with... no dice. I know it's seated when I attach the band- I hear it click. My question is, is this a FB Luxe issue that cannot be fixed? Is it a band issue? I'm so aggravated. Solutions?

Hi @fugami1 and @weggh since you've both posted the same (word for word same) post, I merged them, so you can get your response in one thread. The problem isn't the Fitbit Luxe. The issue is the generic bands you purchased to use instead of the authentic Fitbit band. There are times using a generic band works, but there are some, like you, who have issues when using them.
