Luxe Device not syncing with app for steps

Why isn't my new Luxe accurately recording onthe app what the wrist is tracking for steps.  Hours are not being recognized by the app.

I have un-installed app multiple times, reset the wrist band, and disconnected the Luxe from the acct multiple times then restarted my phone multiple times. 

What else can I do to get the app to record my daily steps correctly?
