Luxe Fitbit stopped working

My luxe Fitbit is 5-6 months old. I charged it last night and now it will not do anything. Black screen, doesn’t respond, and will not silence to app. Help?

 

I keep reading to reset it and it tells me to push buttons or charge 3 times - I do not have any buttons and it is not charging - because it is not working!  

Advice?  Buying a new one should not be the answer because it is not that old. 

ugh the label box is not allowing me to put in my fitbit

Hello @Scaicco let's plug your charging cord into a USB, connect your Luxe. On the plug, you will find the button to hold in.

Thanks for this, as i was looking for the rectangular button everyone talks about. 
Unfortunately, it’s not doing anything, and the fitbit is still not doing turning on
