Hey,
so my Luxe started to not track or calculate the heart rate variability over night quite some time ago. I only got one data every few weeks. Now I was sick for two weeks and my luxe did track the HRV every day for those two weeks.
Support says nothing more than "erase data" or "restart the watch".
I assume it's the same sensor tracking the HRV as the normal heart rate, which is clearly working. Maybe one or you had the same issue.

I had the same issue with my charge 5. I bought the Pixel watch 3 but it has the same issue: all metrics showing except HRV... I've deleted the fitbit app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone and the watch and no result.
I currently have software version Fitbit 4.34.1

Hey 🙋:female_sign:
I did talk with another Fitbit user that has the same issue than me. For us it seems to be that Fitbit does not calculate or display values over 150ms. So we only receive values when we drop below 150ms due to sickness, stress, overtraining etc.
This is super annoying and unnecessary.
