My Luxe is not recognizing my daily walks. This has happened several times in recent months, and I've had to reinstall the Luxe as a new device to fix this issue (resetting the Luxe doesn't do anything). This week it happened again. I reinstalled the device, but the fix did not work. I did a 30-minute walk yesterday and again today, and it did not recognize either days. Very frustrating. It DOES sync my steps and my sleep - it's just the daily exercise that it's not recognizing. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!

@MaryBoomer66 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
There can be various reasons why your activities were not recorded/recognized correctly.
For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.
You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker might "think" the exercise was over.
I recommend restarting your tracker and setting the start times for the activities differently. For example, set it to 10 minutes for a walk, 15 for a run, 20 for an outdoor bike ride, etc., and/or ignoring the activities you don't use.
You can find the instructions for this here. Can I change how my activities are tracked?
