Luxe - Screen blank and unresponsive

My luxe screen regularly goes blank and unresponsive, no longer connecting to the app, even with plenty of charge. I connect it to the charger, logo pops up and its sorted, for a couple of days before it does it again. All the support I have tried to get through the fit bit community forums daybit is a fitbit flaw that fitbit has not fixed yet. What can I do to fix this issue as it is more than frustrating, especially when it happens on a hike.

Let me help you with the issue you have been experiencing with your Luxe's screen that often goes blank and unresponsive.

Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried. Issues related to the screen responsiveness and lighting, are usually solved with a restart. To do so:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

You can also attempt to change the clock face of the device. Sometimes this change, make the screen to come back to life. See our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? for instructions.
