Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me out here because I'm getting increasingly frustrated with my Fitbit Luxe.
Last night, it recorded my sleep from 19:42 to 03:00. In reality, I went to sleep at 21:30 and woke up at 05:00. This isn’t the first time the sleep tracking has been inaccurate, and it's the main reason I bought this device.
I've checked the time zone settings, and it's set to update automatically. I tried turning off that option to manually set my time zone to Malta (Europe), but the device won’t let me choose this manually for some reason.
Can someone please explain how to fix this? I just want the Luxe to do what it’s supposed to do—track my sleep and steps accurately.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
