Hi there, @Cilla01. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still turning off. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MarreFitbit Unfortunately no luck… 15 min later from full battery to just syncing and not even turning on from my wrist either. Tad frustrating

Hi I did all of this, cleared data, changed the watch face, and yet my Fitbit Luxe is continuing to ‘buzz’ and go off, I plug it in, 95% battery. Put it on, goes off. The annoying thing is all my stats are now affected. Why are we not getting help with this?

I’m having the same issue where my Luxe receives a notification, buzzes several times, then turns off, even though it has plenty of charge. There are Fitbit community forums about this issue back to at least August of 2023, and it doesn’t look like they’ve solved the problem. This is very obviously a software or firmware bug which either hasn’t been solved or that was reintroduced when faulty code was pulled from the software repository. None of the recommendations to restart, change the watch face, or other user actions are going to work. Google must fix the software/firmware for this device. If they don’t fix it, they will lose many good customers.

Hi, this really only works (at most) for a day, then bang! right back to it buzzing, going off, plugging in, charging, resetting, changing clock faces... and round the loop we go.

Marre, these steps don’t fix the issue. My  Fitbit Luxe is not working (a year in use) and after 7 years of various Fitbit devices I’m now thinking of switching to an Apple watch, unfortunately…
