Hi there, @Cilla01. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still turning off. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MarreFitbit Unfortunately no luck… 15 min later from full battery to just syncing and not even turning on from my wrist either. Tad frustrating

Obviously Google has no intention to fix this problem. This can be fixed with a firmware update but chooses not to. They want us to buy something new. No thanks for this user.

Hi I did all of this, cleared data, changed the watch face, and yet my Fitbit Luxe is continuing to ‘buzz’ and go off, I plug it in, 95% battery. Put it on, goes off. The annoying thing is all my stats are now affected. Why are we not getting help with this?

Guess its time for a new watch then :)..... bye bye FITBIT

It is truly frustrating. In this case no news means faulty product

I'm having this same problem. Literally putting the luxe on my wrist after a full charge, head out for a walk, 200 steps in and buzz buzz, off.

I've tried everything suggested by Fitbit/Google and it might improve for a few days, then back to the same problem.

Shame because I really like the size of the Luxe - i have small wrists - but it's time for a new watch and no more Fitbit for me.

Yeah i also have small wrists, but have been looking at Garmin and there are a few that look like they will fit.
