Luxe SpO2 app issue

I am premium member. I bought 2 luxe. 1 for me 1 for my sister. When I got mine somehow i managed to install SpO2. But now i am not able install it for my sister. It says that application is not available for fitbit luxe. But in the manual of fitbit it says SpO2 is avaliable for fitbit luxe and even explains how to install it. 

Same goes for weather app as well. It says it is available for fitbit luxe but when i go to app to download it it says not available.

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with one of your Fitbit Luxe devices.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1655341015315.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Then, please try to add the SpO2 to you Luxe by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How can I see my SpO2 reading?".

 

The Weather app is not available on the Fitbit Luxe. There is a feature suggestion called "Weather app on Luxe". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.

What the heck. Is a moderator actually implying the weather app should work for the luxe???

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The Weather app doesn't work on the Fitbit Luxe.

Thanks for trying I solved it but in another way. Please correct me if i am wrong but it seems like there are two SpO2 app in the store.

SpO2 Tracker https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/fadb02f3-5d1b-4588-a05c-e6a9db74bf7f?openwith=fitbit

 

fitbit luxe only works with SpO2 But when I search in the app I only see SpO2 Tracker

When i was trying to install the weather app i saw SpO2 as a suggestion (total coincidence)

So once i found SpO2 i was able to install it for my device

Now I am trying to install Find my Phone app

fitbit luxe is listed as compatible device but i am still not able to install it. Just like the weather app.

Is it the same story as the weather app?

If application is not compatible why do you listing it as one. These apps are not some 3rd party apps. It is developed by Fitbit. This shouldn't be happening when the developer is Fitbit. This whole app installation experience is really disappointing

 

I also would like to add the fact you let people believe that these apps are available for the device (fitbit luxe) and you sell the device and later on you say '' give us a suggestion if these apps which we already claimed that are available, should be really available. Let's vote for it. Maybe you will have it maybe you won't ''

It is surprising how unorganized and misleading this is for a company like Fitbit.

The Charge 5 currently doesn't support Find My Phone app. The information displayed on the Fitbit App Gallery has been reported to our team to make the proper correction.
