Luxe Update 7/29/2022

This morning my Luxe Fibit  Prompted me to upload an update that would take about 30 minutes to complete.

 After this update was completed I attempted to log in to my App to start entering my food for today. Unfortunately with this update all of my foods for the past month and all of my food tracking history is gone. I am so upset.

 I am currently on a weight loss journey and I trusted in this App to keep my food log rather than writing it down in my own personal handwritten journal like I had been doing prior to getting the fitbit. After contacting customer support he tried to find the history for me and was unable to do so stating it was not available and that now I basically have to start all over. What type of company creates an update that wipes out past history of progress!! Unbelievable bad bad bad so disappointed.

I've tried to delete this post but I don't see that option.

 

Please disregard, my food log was actually on a different App.

 

My bad. So sorry.
