I was at the gym this weekend and my Fitbit luxe fell off my wrist. When I went to reattach it, I noticed that the tab which holds the band into the face was actually missing and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I can push the band back in, but it does not stay for more than a second or two and is obviously not functional. I was given the Fitbit as a gift for Christmas so it’s only about five or six months old. Is it possible they could send me a new tab or cover the broken one under warranty?

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs or parts for these devices.
