Hi - I've been having issues with my Luxe battery draining really fast (doesn't last more than day days). I've restarted, updated, all notifications are off, etc and still the battery doesn't last.
Then a couple of days ago, it just started going crazy, vibrating flashing, etc. and since then, the watch is on and recording activity (because I can see it on my app) but the screen wont swipe, just stays on the clock and does nothing....
Please help as I am so frustrated...

Hi there, @NikkiScrim. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
In order to solve the issue with your Luxe, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the battery issue, please confirm that you've tried all tips and recommendations provided here Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi there
I've already tried restarting the device many times and have done it again now as well as change the clock face. The device is still unresponsive - just shows the clock face. Won't swipe at all, show steps, etx

And yes all battery life tips have been tried. I literally have almost everything on the watch disabled to try extend the battery life. No point in having a smart watch if none of the functions can be used
