Luxe battery and screen issues

I’m really tired of all the issues with my luxe. Along with everything everyone else has mentioned it just goes dark. Battery will plummet from 60 to 13. I’m done! I hate this watch!

Hi there, @LindaEids. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling, I'll do my best to help you with these issues. 

Regarding the battery draining quickly, let’s try some of the following steps: 

  1. Confirm your Luxe has the latest firmware version. For more information please visit How do I update my Fitbit device? and What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
  2. Check to see if you’re using high battery use features. For more information please visit Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
  3. Let’s try a 3 press restart with your charging cable. For more information please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you're having issues with the screen, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have done all of the above multiple times. I continue to have the same
problems.
