Luxe battery draining immediately

We’re experiencing a problem with Luxe holding a charge.

We charge the Luxe until the charge level is 90% or more. As soon as we disconnect Luxe from the power source the charge level reads less than 10%. That level of charge makes the Luxe impossible to use as intended.
