Luxe Health Metrics stopped syncing

My Luxe has been working fine for a while. All of a sudden, this morning it showed a “failed to sync” message and saw that in my health metrics it only downloaded my SpO2. The other 4 all say “no data”. My app is updated.

Please make sure to follow the steps listed in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

In addition, try to follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
