Hey my luxe after charging drains from 100% to 75% in a couple of hours. Same when it reaches 35% it'll quickly drop to 0%
I've tried a new background and turning off Bluetooth but no difference.
I usually charge my Fitbit when I'm taking a shower so it never used to fully drain before.

Hi there, @FitbitUser1204. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Luxe is still draining. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest trying all tips and recommendations provided here Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Please bear in mind that as all rechargeable batteries age, they deteriorate to some extent and an older device will need to be charged more often than a new one. The best way of minimizing this effect is to avoid deep discharges of the battery. To maximize the overall life of your Fitbit device's battery, ideally keep it between 20-80%. Many people find that a daily battery boost works best ( e.g. giving it a 15 minutes charge while you are showering in the morning).
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Yeah, my wife's has been acting strangely lately. It says low battery at 20%, I let it go to 15 and I put it on the charger. It shows 20% immediately. Then I reboot it for the heck of it, and shows 57%. All this within a couple minutes. It use to last 7 days, now low battery in 3 (but it's not really low). It does die at zero, tried that last week (but as soon as it's on the charger it jumps way up). I've tried rebooting at zero & 100%, nothing gets rid of the issue.

Yes this sounds really familiar. Its been jumping all over the place. the thing is i cant imagine it would go from working great to this jumble in a weeks time.
I charged before going to bed last night at 10pm and it was at 75% at 10am. Its now 8pm and it's at 67% there's absolute no reason it should drain that fast initially esp when I'm asleep and hardly doing anything, but it drains slowly when I'm doing activities and cleaning things around the house.
I checked an my warranty just expired and while I know batteries aren't limitless it is a bit suspicious.

yeah, that happens to me with my old blaze. still use that thing lol. anyway, for it to charge, you need to force restart it, and then the battery persentage will go down by quite alot, thats normal. put it on the charger, youll notice the battery percentage isnt jumping around, you can take it off the charger and it will hold a charge for alot longer. when you put it back on the charger it will start jumping around and youll need to reset it. strange, but it works.
