My Luxe has not updated the firmware since 2023.
It will not allow me to update and sync.
Current date and time are incorrect as well.

Hi, @Tiki2, welcome to the community, the incorrect date & time are symptoms of the failure to sync. Please review this article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center Check through all the steps. Should you reach the stage where you uninstall the Fitbit app bear in mind you may not be able to recover older data if you have not synced. After uninstalling restart your phone before reloading the Fitbit app. I appreciate these instructions are time-consuming and complicated but they should work. When you come to re-pairing your Luxe with the newly installed Fitbit app you will be prompted to load any updates (present Luxe SW is v194.91)

Yeah.... none of that did anything.
I un-installed the app, reinstalled, and it still will not sync.
