Luxe battery draining quickly

A few months ago the txt stopped, now it wont hold its charge and keeps cutting out. time is wrong as welluxe. Under 1 year old...... Luxe

Hi there, @jan649035. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe stopped working. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

I'd like to start addressing the issue with the battery. If you haven't done so yet, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since the Luxe has died due to the battery issue, please recharge it and then sync it.

This happened to me too except my screen stop working and just went staticky. Then it stopped holding a charge. I just ordered a new screen assembly and battery from amazon. It works just fine again! Both battery and screen replacement were like $30

If your luxe is under a year old, it should still be covered under warranty. You might want to contact Fitbit support and hopefully they will replace it under warranty. Good luck!
