Hi, my luxe is losing charge after 3 days. It was fully charged 11am on Friday and had no charge today at 11. I tried turning off blue tooth on my phone but that has made no difference. I’ve restarted it , restored  factory settings, and updated it. It also won’t intermittently won’t recognise my swims. Anyone any ideas?

Hi there, @Marg1. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at the tips recommended in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

On the other hand, please note inconsistencies in your swim data may be caused by any of the following:

  • You completed only a few laps
  • You stopped to rest multiple times or in the middle of the pool
  • You stopped to rest for longer than 60 seconds after completing a pool length
  • You changed your stroke type midway through a length
  • You swam with a kickboard or without using your arms
  • You swam less than the minimum duration needed for your swim to be automatically recognized

For more information, see How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
