This topic is not answered well and solved Fitbit. There are many explainations how it behave with the details, so you can simulate it easily and give us proper support please. Many of my relatives had Luxe since release, we know well how it behaved(battery) and how it is mallfunctioning due to battery management nowdays even after useless tips(restart&chance clock face) you have provided(we tried them).
This issue is so serious(tracker is not usable and I personally think it is damaging batteries) that I kindly suggest give us a rollback option at least, if the fix is not coming soon.
Have a nice day.

I’m having the same issue too, and no amount of charger reset or device reset is working. The reported battery levels are all over the place too. 60% one minute, then 10% the next, then 30%…
