Luxe battery is draining quickly

My wife has a Luxe and has had problems with the battery life on it. I have followed a thread on the community pages and this seems to be a common problem. I have checked what is stated to be the Best Answer but nothing changes. The Fitbit is showing that it has the latest version installed (58.200001.188.58) and I have restarted it a couple of times and nothing changes. Many posts imply that the fault is due to the latest update. Has this been proved to be the case? As a lot of people seem to be reporting this it does tend to ring true. Any comments, or has anybody been able to fix this?

nope, they are ignoring us, nothing to say more. They have a plenty of detailed descriptions and how to simulate it. No solution, no proper communication. They will give you robotic advice to restart your fitbit, thats all.

to Fitbit: way to simulate: 1. charge fitbit, restart,
                                         2. check battery, restart, check battery and repeat how many times you want - you will get random numbers of the battery status.
