My new Luxe records the vibrations of planes as cardio to peak heart rate data. I’m cabin crew so this is a huge issue when I have the device recording my heart rate as 158 when I’m just stood or sat on the plane, not exercising. It’s certainly not correct as my heart is only that high when sprinting. I’m a small healthy woman in my twenties. There’s no option to correct the data - I have to remove the device for a minute then put it back on and hope it’s correct then. Sometimes it corrects itself after doing so, back to 70-something. It’s skewing my resting heart rate data from in the fifties on my days off to above 60 on days I work. There are orange spikes in my data with no steps taken during that period. How do I fix this?
