Luxe battery is draining too quickly

My fitbit luxe has been on the charger for 2 days, and it only charged too 2 percent. Then I took it off the charger and it turned on and the screen was glitching, the screen would show the fitbit logo then go black and whenever I taped on it it would show white lines. So I put it back on the charger and now it won't turn back on at all.

Hi, @RubyInes , if your Fitbit does not seem to be charging, please see this help article for troubleshooting tips.

It may be that your Luxe is charging as expected, but has just become unresponsive.  A restart will often fix this issue.  Instructions for restarting your Luxe  are here .  As the screen is not working you will need to use the button press method, and please try this a couple of times, as a single restart does not always work.

You could also try changing the clock face which you do in the app.  If that solves the issue you can return to the previous clock face if you prefer.

Hopefully one of these steps will get your Luxe back up and running again.  Good luck, and let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!

Hi there, @RubyInes. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

I agree with @Julia_G. So, please follow all her tips and recommendations. Nevertheless, if you notice that your Luxe is only working when it's connected to the charging cable, please try the following (as you mentioned it will only show the Fitbit logo):

- Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
Restart your Luxe.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
Set up your Luxe.

@RubyInes I would not recommend removing your Luxe from your account unless you can see the screen.  If the screen remains black you will NOT be able to reconnect it to your account.
