I got my luxe on July 15th so it’s brand new, and the battery dies hours after being fully charged. I was at 97 percent last night, and woke up with a dead battery that appears to have shut down 4 hours after I went I sleep. I’ve also had a lot of issues with responsiveness, I’m constantly resetting the watch and it works briefly before I have issues again. I missed the amazon return window because I didn’t have the packaging. But I’m very upset with this product and I will never buy another Fitbit after this experience.

Hi there, @DefectiveLuxe. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how you must be feeling.
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Additionally, try to change your clock face to a one developed by Fitbit and monitor your Luxe's battery for the next couple of days to see if the issue persists.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Can’t even get to the settings screen because now it won’t even reset and the screen is unresponsive. I’ve contacted amazon and I’m going to try to return this and get a refund because this wasn’t a cheap watch and I’m not going to be out $100 for a defective product
