Luxe battery is draining too quickly

Anyone else had issues with luxe not holding charge? Very frustrating when you use it as an alarm and charged before bed. 
Happened since new update and don’t get a battery percentage on app.

Mine drains after the update and sometimes randomly shuts off. 
I contacted support they gave me a coupon code but it Doesn’t work on any new devices like charge 6. So that’s annoying
