My fitbit Luxe was perfectly fine for about 2 months and now for the last month or so it won't even make it through 1 full day without turning off.
I think it uses about 4-10% of battery per hour depending on what I'm doing.
Does anyone else have this problem with the Luxe? And does anyone know how/if there is a fix for this problem.
I was actually trying to return it with a warranty claim but it's very hard to find how to...
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your reply.
I have done step 2 and 3 a couple of times but with no result. As for step 1, I can't find the option to update my fitbit in the app. It says it's currently on version 58.20001.194.91 but there is no button to update anywhere.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I have had my Fitbit Luxe for about two years. For the past 6 months or so it’s been having issues. Loses GPS, doesn’t track sleep, won’t change time zones and most recently the black screen of death. All of a sudden it will stop working during my walk with no warning. The battery this morning was at 56% and one mile into my walk it died. It was charged yesterday. This has happened numerous times. I have made no changes to my settings that would cause the sudden drain of the battery. I have done all the “fixes” recommended and nothing works. It is up to date on firmware. As much as I have loved my Fitbit devices in the past, not anymore. It seems once Google acquired Fitbit, the issues started. I have ordered a different smartwatch/tracker and it is no longer Fitbit or Google whatever. Good luck with your Fitbit.
