Hello,
My Luxe is 2 years old, & the battery used to last 5 days, but the past few months it only lasts 2 days, & takes a very long time to fully charge.
I have restarted it multiple times, & changed the display settings that could drain the battery.
Please advise with other suggestions. Thank you.

@SunsetRunner I might be able to help you with the long charging time. Have you cleaned the charging contacts? Fitbit recommends cleaning the device contacts with water and a soft toothbrush. Clean the charging cord contacts VERY carefully with a cotton tipped applicator and alcohol. Be very careful -- you can permanently damage the charger if you push a pin in.
Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. If you regularly let your battery go below 20-25%, that is harder on the battery and can affect lifespan. I don't think you can undo that.

Thank you! I do not let the battery get that low regularly; generally charging before it goes below 30%.
