Hi, I have a Fitbit luxe white, 3 years old and battery time is now just 5-6 hours.
the belt is getting a fisure, this is not a big issue but the fact that the battery is getting empty so fast it is quite disappointing.

thanks

Hi there, @Tasti. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Luxe is draining too quickly and that the band is getting damaged. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, please bear in mind that as all rechargeable batteries age, they deteriorate to some extent and an older device will need to be charged more often than a new one. The best way of minimizing this effect is to avoid deep discharges of the battery. To maximize the overall life of your Fitbit device's battery, ideally keep it between 20-80%.  Many people find that a daily battery boost works best ( e.g. giving it a 15 minutes charge while you are showering in the morning).

For tips and recommendations to maximize the battery life of your Luxe, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Regarding the band, check your eligibility to file an online claim here.

I'm wondering if there is an issue with fitbit luxe.  Mine was ok until September and then suddenly needed charging every day, now it stops and a charge lasts less than 12 hours; my fitbit luxe is about a year and a half old so rather disappointing.

I am having a similar problem. When I change the fitbit. It changes and shows 100%. Then I take it off the changer and sync with the app. The app (and the fitbit) now shows 84%. This started happening after the last firmware update.

There is also an added problem that the buzzer turns the fitbit off at any charge level.
