I’ve searched all of the articles on here for weeks on end, but it seems to get annoyingly ‘answered’ when others are having the same issue as me but the answer doesn’t help me!
do I have a faulty luxe?
I charge it, to full battery and wear it and notice that suddenly it has turned off before I expected it to die (say last night as an example, I charged before bed and woke up and it was unresponsive).
I have tried doing a restart from the device, and also tried the restart from the button on the charger multiple times. This seems to work for a few hours until it randomly dies again.
when plugging in, the battery level is constantly changing. It can be plugged in and immediately say 70%, I can take it off the charger and it drops down to 6% and plug it back in and it’ll say 23% as an example. This has been happening for weeks now.
I have a genuine Fitbit branded charger and I’ve tried everything possible to get it right. It’s up to date, I’ve synced with the app, but no luck.
I think I have a faulty one? Does anybody know if there is a warranty to cover it?

Hi @Bert95 It sounds as if there is something wrong with your Luxe. Whether you have a warranty or not depends on where you bought it, how long ago that was, and where you live. Warranty is 1 year in most places, but 2 years in Europe and Australia. The best thing you can do is contact Fitbit Support and see if they can help you.
