I returned my Luxe Fitbit (and an extra stainless steel band) within 30 days of receiving it. I was only refunded for the band and NOT the Fitbit. I have been calling or emailing customer service for over a month now. I have been told 3 times now that my case is being "escalated to a higher department". The customer service has given my uniformed or inaccurate information, suggesting that it was already refunded but I never received a credit/refund to my credit card. I have never experienced such dysfunctional customer service. How difficult is it to process a simple return? Is there any way to reach another help service? I have repeatedly tried the Contact Us number and emailed customer service. Still no refund and very aggravated.
