Luxe battery issues

This has been an ongoing problem. I have used the the reset button just about every time I charge it and it has to be charged every other day. I have had this one over a year so the warranty is over. The issue is that after the 1 year warranty is over you are screwed. This is my 2nd Fitbit. Since they changed the app to not included any challenges I have canceled my subscription and when I can I am going to switch to a different brand. It’s a shame because I have been using a Fitbit for about 6 years and have always loved the small size for my petite wrist and loved the challenges that I could do with friends and family.

Hi, @Kfrady welcome, perhaps you could provide more information on the reason you have to reset after charging, is it failing to sync or some other reason? If the former you may find these articles useful How do Fitbit devices sync their data? & Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
