My Luxe keeps turning off and app says low battery. When I plug it in, it has plenty of battery. This is happening every other day. I have restarted several times, clicked the button on the charger 3 times and I have the latest firmware version 58.20001.188.58. It was purchased 12/2021 as a gift for me. Help!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
