Luxe battery started draining after the Android 12 update

I have used my Luxe for several months now with no issue. Yesterday I updated my phone to Android 12 and my Luxe battery started draining very quickly. I used to get about 5 days out of it. Now I'm getting less than 24 hours. I uninstalled the app from my phone, which did not help. My Luxe has firmware version 58.20001.151.16 and my app is version 3.49.1.  Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi there, @Skmiller. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe and mobile phone. Test your Luxe's battery life the next couple of days.

Well in the interim, it died completely and will not recharge. I've tried to
reset it using the button on the charger and though the logo will flash on,
it immediately shuts off. I've contacted customer service in hopes of
getting it replaced.
