Luxe blank screen

Luxe screen blank and won’t turn on. Have tried resetting with button on cable several times. Logo appears very briefly but Luxe still does not turn on. What can I do to fix it?

Hi there, @FMcN. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Also, make sure that your Fitbit device is fully charged.
