So I ( amongst many others ) keep having issues with syncing my luxe to update the information it has recorded onto my app. Ever since I updated it. I have gone through all the threads and done each step recommended. At this point may as well say spin around, touch your toes and say Bloody Mary in the mirror 3 times!
I bought this piece of junk back in October then put it back in its box after 7 weeks ( bought specifically to record heart rate but luxe always between twenty to thirty beats out ) so got it out around 8 days ago and still the same issue as well as difficulty syncing. I shouldn’t have to turn Bluetooth on and off/uninstall and reinstall app/remove luxe and add again yidda yadda.. over and overeeer! There is no option in the app for all day sync.. no way to rectify this annoying issue. I think it may just go back in its box which is a shame and a waste of £100.
has anyone managed to figure this out? Without doing all that nonsense? Any advice greatly appreciated.
Also.. why won’t Fitbit let me write numbers on here? How bloody strange? Telling me to remove that content before posting. Like they won’t let us write our stats to compare/query.. Fitbit is so weird

You mention a discrepancy in your HR but do not say what you are comparing it with How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device? carries advice & guidance.
