Luxe blank screen

Hi!
My Fitbit Luxe device is less than 1 week old. I wanted to charge it today to top up battery life, and suddently the screen went black and it will not restart. I have tried to restart it through attaching it to charger and pressing the button three times to reboot it several times now, but it will not work.
I have also cleaned the device thoroughly. What shall I do?

Hi @Lina_84 Ohhh no! That is sad. I would suggest you return the Luxe to the store you bought it from for a replacement. It sounds defective. If you bought it from the Fitbit Online Store then contact Fitbit Support

My Luxe did the same thing.  I have had it for mere months and is a replacement for the Charge 5 that bricked last summer.  

Not only is the screen black, the lights on the back showing there is power are all off.  So this is the second device that just stopped working less than a year (this time mere months) after purchasing it.  I will contact Fitbit support but if it is last time, I did not get a satisfactory resolution.

I completely agree. I’ve owned Fitbits for nearly 10 years, and the Luxe is the WORST one I’ve ever had. I’m used to my Fitbits breaking within 12 months; but this black screen issue is insane. I also bought the gold band and that broke within 2 months. I think it’s time I say farewell to Fitbit.
