I knit a lot and sometimes many times a day, shorter and longer periods. I bought my Luxe two days ago and now it looks like Luxe is counting steps while I'm knitting since my wrist makes fast turns similar to when opening the screen. I got a suggestion to log driving activity each time I have knitted, but that is just too much to remember every day and not convenient at all. Is there any other way to solve this problem than taking of the Luxe every time I knit (also not very convenient considering how many times a day I knit)?
Is it really true that the step counting cannot be stopped manually? This would be a really important feature in my opinion...

Hi @hellera knitters hands can move fairly fast, too. The article that explains how to remove those unwanted steps is here - click to read. You could also take off your Luxe while you knit or put it in your pocket. One member on the forums said that clipping the Luxe around the bra stap worked well, but you can put it in any pocket and it would count the steps, but wouldn't always get your heart rate.
