Luxe deleted data after sync

My luxe seems have removed all of yesterdays and todays data after a sync 😞 

Charged my luxe yesterday and went for a walk, steps were counted on my tracker but I didn’t sync the device. 
Today I have done a workout and logged 4000+ steps but when I’ve come to sync it’s now showing as 123 steps and no data for yesterday. 
Can I get this back?!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Whether your Fitbit account is connected to a third party app or if you have manually logged an activity on your Fitbit account, please make sure the information in both cases doesn't match the time you were wearing your Fitbit device otherwise it could overwrite your data.

 

If necessary, you can manually add steps to your Fitbit account by going to the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities and scroll down to the bottom. Activities like walking, running and hiking allow you to choose steps instead of distance as shown in the screen shot below.
