Luxe didn’t record my exercise session

I worked out for 30 minutes today on my stationary bike (which I call the “Poorleton”) got my target heart rate in the zone and my Luxe didn’t record my session. It normally goes in as “Aerobic Exercise” but today, nothing. Anyone else had this happen? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Your Tracker can automatically recognize and record the following activities through the SmartTrack feature:

In addition, 20+ exercises including spinning are available in the Exercise app on your Luxe. For instructions on how to manually track an exercise with your Luxe, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".
