I've had my luxe for about a year now and did not have any problems with it until now. The display screen seems to not fully load, showing horizontal lines instead of the actual display. The watch is still responsive, I am able to scroll through the different options, but can't read anything.
I have tried to reset the watch multiple times and I have changed the clock face but I cannot find a solution that actually works long term. Last night it seemed like I fixed it by connecting it to my charger for 5 minutes, but this morning the problem is back. I'm not sure how to proceed further.
This is the display of my luxes clock, the red being the heart that shows the heart rate, and the blue being the time.

@livbachurska This looks like a hardware issue and it sounds like you've already tried troubleshooting your Luxe. I would reach out to Customer Support for further assistance. Best of luck!

@livbachurska -- I agree with @Heather-S. But one other thing to try is to let the battery go completely flat, and then charge it back up to full. Sometime this works when a normal reset does not.

My 1st one did that after a few weeks. Tried everything and just returned it to target for a new one.
