Hi, so I'm on my second luxe after warranty replacement for same issue. The issue is that the green light keeps shutting off randomly and not tracking heart rate throughout day. When look at data it just has 30 min gaps everywhere. When lift watch to look at light it will turn on after lift to look. It's very frustrating. I've tried all troubleshooting and nothing fixes issue. When logging workouts it's just off and on. So can't get accurate levels of intensity.
Please help.

Hi, @Bbauto1453, I think what is happening is that when the device is dormant & senses movement it starts the LED flashing to try & lock on to HR. This happens when the sensors in the array detect the LED pulses being reflected back from the layer of your skin that carries your blood vessels, your pulse is detected by timing the change in colour. (This is my understanding of the process) When no pulse is detected the LED turns off to preserve the battery. The Lux uses a different LED/sensor array than the older Inspire 2. Depending on the density and colour of your ink the LED array may not function. Are both of your wrists inked? alternatively, ask a friend or family member to try your Luxe on, it should only take a few seconds to offer up a steady HR.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers
